A. Please checks the drivers of your Bluetooth device. Bluetooth
Passport support Microsoft Bluetooth drivers and WIDCOMM Bluetooth
drivers. If your Bluetooth driver is not one of them, Bluetooth
Passport cannot work.
Q. How can I get Microsoft Bluetooth drivers?
A. Bluetooth device has been supported by Microsoft from
Windows XP sp1. Just plug a Bluetooth dongle in USB slot.
If there are not any other Bluetooth drivers, Microsoft
Bluetooth drivers will be installed automatically.
Q. Does the software support fast user switching?
A. Bluetooth Passport replaces Windows logon program. It
doesn't support fast user switching.
Q. There is Bluetooth on my cell phone, but Bluetooth
Passport cannot find it.
Please ensure the phone Bluetooth has been turned on and
the visibility is shown to all.
Q. I have a laptop and a desktop. Both of them
were installed Bluetooth. Can I set them to be passports
each other?
A. Sure. A computer can be a passport for others too.
Q.I have a cell phone and several computers, can
I set the cell phone a passport for every computer?
A. Usually, a cell phone can support most seven computers
at one place at same time.
Q. System tell me bplogon.dll is error, I cannot
logon Windows, how can I do?
Please go into windows safe mode first following the steps
below: Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key
on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting
to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key
when the Boot Menu appears.
Select an option when the Windows Advanced Options menu
appears, and then press ENTER.
When the Boot menu appears again, and the words "Safe
Mode" appear in blue at the bottom, select the installation
that you want to start, and then press ENTER.
